The site at Porana Road was a rundown old warehouse originally built in the 1960’s, which had a non-consented decaying additional level, an Asbestos roof and some serious leaks. We were tasked with the job of bringing the building up to current code, structurally and for fire rating performance.

We removed the asbestos roofing material and re-built the internal gutters as part of this major renovation. We then proceeded to renovate the internal spaces with exposed steel members, timber ply roofing linings and exposed concrete floors.

The end result is very aesthetically pleasing and extremely functional for the new owner. They now have a real showcase space that is a pleasure to work in, is great for clients visiting and has enough breakout space for their staff to enjoy.
